Really friendly and helpful service. Great location as very close to metro to get to the centre easily. For the price, you won’t find much better than here.

I found the room small and weirdly arranged. Doors make noise and the access, also parking is limited

Good if you have a limited budget. The bedroom and the bathroom have a good size, the bed was confortable and everything was really clean. There is a parking space and really easy to get there from the motorway.

If you are going to the city center, the metro is 7 min walk and it is a direct line which it will take you around 10 min

Good for a budget travelers

Ist it outside of Porto? Yes. Are other rooms smaller than ours was? Yes. We had a larger one as we stayed for four nights but the rooms are nice, clean, the towels fresh every day (although we hung them up), the owner friendly and there is plenty of free parking.We walked into town but there is also a bus stop right at the residencial. WiFi worked perfectly.Tiny signs of mold in shower ceiling but we did not mind the slightest.Positive: rooms, although without A/C are not boiling hot.

Amazing rooms given the prize

Nice residential hotel next to ISEP and near the University of Porto. The subway station (IPO yellow line) is about 10 min walk. Clean with minimum facilities. Cable TV with some english channels. Good WiFi.

Conveniently located next to ISEP

There is nothing special about the Hotel but it was convenient for us and the lady looking after the place was very helpful. Facilities are very average and rooms vary a lot.
