All guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Minors travelling without their parents must present a valid statement as required by law. In cases of credit card payments, without the cardholder present, the hotel should receive an e-mail with the credit card details authorizing the charge to be made in the card supplied and the amount that should be charged.
