On the evening upon arrival at the hotel. My son 8 years old and our dog (shiba iny) were standing in the parking near the hotel.  We started getting bags out of the car, on the parking  (for customers). At this time for a walk the owner's wife took the dog. The big dog walked without a muzzle and a strict collar. I ran up and took the dog from my son's hands because I saw that the dog's owner couldn't keep it on a leash. She started clinging to the wall because the dog was dragging her. That dog attacked us. I fell to the ground. That dog bit mine. I hit my knees when I fell. My son is still in shock. My husband was able to chase this huge dog away.This hotel on the site is listed as pet friendly for the fact that the dog lives there take 50 zł (I got them back). When I asked why this dog killer walks without a muzzle and on the territory for customers I have not answered.

Refreshing air, long Cycling and walking trails around with Polish Cusine and warm reception. We had great 3 days touring around in Izerskie Mountains, visiting Szklarska Poręba, Karpacz, Świeradów Zdrój

We have visited this pretty hotel in March and we enjoyed the stay there.
The hotel itself is very friendly,spacious and cozy.
The stuff is very polite and helpful.
Food just perfect:)
Recommend to visit this magical place!

Awesome place

Beautiful building and the staff create a nice homely atmosphere! The garden makes it all the more enjoyable, and all the small details hat make one comfortable were taken care of. Absolutely advisable to stay here.
