A big house with a very big garden. The garden was used for growing some homemade food. 
In the garden it was possible to play games or to sit in the sun. With e.g. BBQ places,

A helpful woman gave useful information (the owner?).

Nice staff, room and garden

This is a family run place in the small town of Oswiecim. We stayed here when we visited Auschwitz. The place is about a 20 min drive from there. Its a beautiful building with greenery all around. The rooms are slightly smaller (at least ours was) but are well furnished. The breakfast is amazing with the owner around telling you about the place and nearby attractions. Only downside- they don't take cards so be prepared to pay cash.

Brilliant place in a super quiet location

It's a very nice place with a large garden you can sit in, close to Auschwitz. Our room was good and very cheap, it also has the possibility of a nice and cheap breakfast. We only stayed one night, but I can also see it beeing great for a longer vacation in one place.

Very nice

This was a terrific choice - great room, delicious breakfast, quiet location. The staff was very helpful, and the country setting was great. You can walk to the river. This is an ideal accommodation for visiting Auschwitz.

Wonderful place in Skidzin

Found this hotel by chance online. Arrived on a very hot day unsure where we had to pick the key up from but as it turned out we were followed to the property by the owners. (It appears they look out for foreign cars as they turn in to the road). We loved our stay there and were a bit disappointed that we hadn't booked longer. A lovely, clean room and very quiet location. It is a very good location for visiting Auschwitz. What was most impressive, though, were the lovely, extensive grounds with tables, picnic benches and shade. In addition there was a small playground and trampoline. Whilst no restaurant in the property there was one at the end of the road (where the owners appear to be based). We ate there in the evening, cheaply and with delicious plentiful food. The owners, although not having particularly good English, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The WI Fi which worked in the communal area brilliantly also worked in the bedroom which was a bonus and was free. Would thoroughly recommend
