Location is only acceptable if you travel from/to Chopin airport as there is a hotel shuttle any time of the day, otherwise too far from downtown. Seems a little overpriced for a motel-type place with a very basic bedding.
Airport shuttle is included. Tea and coffee in the kitchen.

Clean and cozy close to airport

It is good night stay between flights for those who have small expectations and small needs for comfort. But the receptionist was helpful and polite.

Very very week English or any other except Polish language skills in reception. Dirty and smelly bathroom.

Airport transfer is for additional price and You have to order it by calling the phone (very week English language skills).

If alone, it is good to me. With family, probably never again.

I came to Poland for 1 months /30 days.  The hotel was located next to the airport.

Friendly management, calm stay and good rooms

We were staying here for one night when travelling to Madagascar from Chopin airport. The place is really great - easy to access the airport and you can even leave your car there. Also, they bring you to airport if you need. Talking about the rooms - everything was kind of okay but the beds were old and uncomfortable, the towels were rough and spotty. Overall - could use some renovation.

Could use a renovation

Before leaving Okęcie, I booked a room for myself and my son in May. My wife had used this hostel a few months earlier, so after her stories, I was tempted by the free transfer to the airport included in the room price. Because - let's face it - the location in the middle of nowhere, with roads being renovated around it, in a renovated barracks (poorly equipped kitchen and a broken coffee machine), on the landing route of planes is not the optimal choice... After checking in, it turned out that I had to pay an additional PLN 30 for the transfer, because apparently the company no longer offers it in the room price. Interestingly, in May I paid PLN 176 for everything, and today the same room costs less than PLN 150, so I think I paid for the transfer after all. But well, considering my early departure from Okęcie, I wasn't complaining. Additionally, although the company only offers card payments (no cash!), when I got there it turned out that I had to have cash because the terminal wasn't working (no information in advance). Everything was manageable, but in the morning when we showed up at the reception at 5.45 (at 6 we had an appointment for a double-paid transfer) there was not a soul in sight. After 15 minutes of waiting (still no one at the reception), I got carried away and ordered Bolt. He arrived after fifteen minutes. Until then, no bus or service. Perhaps it was an isolated mistake, but Mr. Levi, the manager, sent me e-mails (probably from an automatic machine) thanking me for my stay and asking for positive ratings, but after my intervention, neither the owner nor the booking.com reservation manager even bothered to reply. Meanwhile, the place still advertises with its main photo that it offers free transfers... You can mess up, but you have to know how to handle it. Everything was missing here...

A total disgrace

So, the main thing of this hostel is it is extremely LOUD; we were hearing EVERything: people slamming the doors, a couple who were fighting in the kitchen, kids running along the corridor: no sound isolation whatsoever, We barely could get few hoirse of sleep because of this. 
Next thing - it is dirty, especially bathroom, this hostel is cheap, but cleanniness is very important even at the cheepest accomodation.

Only one nice thing in this hostel is receptionist. Very nice and welcoming man, transfer to the airport is really free.

Very loud hostel

mess, as if it's  stable, bathrooms with a strong smell of urine, bins with garbage in them, a heavy smell of sewage everywhere, sheets missing, towels missing, toiletries missing... run away from this as much as you can location....we will make all possible complaints to be closed permanently....we were with a group of 50 children and we found ourselves without accommodation, after 22 hours of driving, in a foreign country... .they don't want to refund a single leu from the reservation....

Well, where to start? My wife and son stayed here for a total of two nights of a 10 day booking - no curtains in the room, dirt on the floor, a 2cm mattress on a hard wood bed frame, non-existent fridge space in the kitchen, a shower that water took 15 minutes to drain through, BED BUGS and a "24 hour reception" that operated for 3 hours if you were lucky over the weekends.

By the end of my THREE complaints to Booking.com, the one English speaker at the place shouted down the phone to Booking.com Customer Services that he wanted them out of the property NOW.

Disgusting place, disgusting staff, ignored the emails I sent directly to the property and had the cheek to send a 10% off voucher for my next stay.

Cheap? Yes. Anyone in their right mind will save money if they can, but a room with mattresses infested with bed bugs is disgusting.

Complete and utter dump!

My wife and I stayed here on our way to Italy because of its proximity to both the Modlin train station and airport. This turned out to be a very upsetting experience, as the owners took advantage of us on two occasions.

When we checked in I asked the owner about the shuttle service described on their site. She acted as if she was hearing about it for the first time, until her daughter who was standing nearby explained to her (in Polish, which we understood) that the site indeed mentioned a shuttle to the airport. She then told us that she would arrange for a taxi.

Our first really unpleasant surprise came when I asked the proprietor to print out to black and white pages (Ryan air requires pre-printed boarding passes, and we had not managed to find anywhere to take care of this late on a Sunday evening). She told me it would be 20 PLZ (~$6/4 EUR) per page. I expected her as a person to be understanding of our predicament and willing to help, and to show concern and care for her guests as the proprietor of a boutique establishment. When I inquired in disbelief why it would cost so much she shrugged "You think that's a lot? Try at the airport then, you'll pay 100 PLZ instead."  And then sent me out in the middle of the evening to the nearest ATM because I didn't have enough cash on hand. 

When I returned and grudgingly paid the extortion for two printed pages I asked the proprietor how much a tax would cost in the morning. Her husband who was sitting in the lobby answered a tax "would probably cost" 30 PLZ. For a 5-minute ride it seemed a bit much, I thought, but whatever. When the taxi driver, who turned out to be the owner's husband, dropped us off at the airport early the next morning he asked for 45 PLZ. I objected that we had driven for exactly 4 minutes and I knew this was not a fair price. He informed me that because it was Sunday the price was higher. After I reminded him that he himself had said 30 PLZ the night before he sneered he had to wait on us for 15 minutes (its his and his wife's hotel! He presumably even lives there himself!). 

Yes, the hotel was cheap when booked (and the room accordingly was uncomfortable and missing a working bulb in the main overhead light). But after an extra 30 PLZ for a mediocre breakfast (almost as much as the booking itself) and getting taken for a ride on the tickets and the taxi fare, we would have been better off and happier paying extra for something else. 

This kind of treatment is unethical, shameful, and unacceptable.
