I booked a room in this hotel via booking.com well beforehand (about 2 months prior to arrival). I am a smoker (sorry), so I prefer to feel comfortable for money that I pay and ALWAYS book a smoking room. Given that finding a smoking room in a hotel is a bit of a problem nowdays (especially in Europe, it is different in the US - much simpler),  I always look at the hotel where the presence of smoking rooms is mentioned and book it, BUT then I always send them e-mail or call them and ask for confirmation. This time, I even was not forced to call, the hotel called me itself (I mean, one of the managers or whoever) and confirmed that I will have a smoking room. Today, when I arrived there, I was told that there was a terrible mistake, somebody (!) booked the same room twice and the other guest arrived before me, so they suggest that I will move to another hotel (not far away) and will have absolutely similar room there by the same price. I repeated my question about smoking room in this new hotel and immediately got a positive answer. When I got to this another hotel ( Ksieca Josefa or something like this) I asked a lady at reception about smoking room and AGAIN got a positive answer. To my great surprise, I found a "No smoking" sign in the room and came back to the reception and asked again. This time I got an answer that no, they do not have smoking room. After some arguing, I decided to leave them alone and just to go somewhere else, but I wanted my money back. So, I returned to Apartament M2 hotel and it appeared that their explanation od double-by-mistake booking was a plain lie, because they merely took a group of 30+ tourists from Belarus, so (for them) it was better to lie to me and get 30 guests instead of two of us. I will never again will deal with this hotel. They paid me my money back, though, although they tried to give them back in cash in local currency that I do not need whatsoever. After some arguing, they returned the money to my credit card. I need to check this, though, because I DO NOT BELIEVE THEM anymore.

Beware! They lie to you

It's located in Szczepankowo (part of Poznan, around 10km from city center). It is a simple hotel with no special comforts. Just to arrive in the late evening, sleep, and go out in the morning.

You can eat there breakfast (nothing special, standard one), supper (the same as breakfast) and drink beer or drinks.

For business trip - fine. For romantic weekend with your love - forget.

But generally - not that bad.

Stayed at this hotel for only one night, but I have to say that it was a lot better than expected. Its located a bit far from Poznan city center but since taxis are really cheap that's not really a problem,.

Rooms seem to have been recently renovated, modern looking, big enough and really clean, same thing goes for the bathroom. 

The hotel has a good amount of services and staff is always willing to help. Free wifi, on site restaurant are some of the features offered and its also located very close to some restaurants, a bank and a pharmacy.

Good value

we have just returned from a week at  Apartament M2 Poznan. The staff were absolutely  fantastic and tried their best to help you. The hotel was spotless, very very clean. The hotel was in a poor area, a bit far from the city but public tansport is excellent. The staff will provide you with a 10% discount on the taxis that they order you.  I would not recommed this holiday if you have children and teenagers as this is not a fun-packed holiday but if you are an adult and like 'city breaks' i would reccomend this hotel. I would also like to say that the hotel is quite small especially for 3 people.
