Additional information
The front desk is not open around the clock. In case of check-in after 10:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
Check-in, collection and return of keys is possible at the VacationClub Kołobrzeg Reception, at ul. Sułkowskiego 9, Marine Hotel building, entrance from Wschodnia Street. On the right side of the entrance to the hotel there are service premises, between the premises there is hotel reception, above the door there is an inscription VacationClub.
Guests of VacationClub™ apartments are offered free access to the SPA zone in the building where the Royal Tulip Sand Hotel apartment is located.
Upon check-in, a resort fee of PLN 4.80 per person per night and PLN 200.00 for final cleaning is payable. The day starts at 04:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM. On the day of check-in, we collect a deposit of PLN 500.00, which is refundable within 3 days from the day of check-out. The deposit is a pre-authorization on a debit or credit card. |
