Adorable place with kids friendly team. My high appreciation to restaurant staff that saw that my toddler didn't liked breakfast and they offered crepes with nutella:) Many thanks! Good service is made by good people. 🧡 Very picturesque view from hotel between channel and forest 🥰

Great place with Great hotel team

A large building located on the river. We had a great view from the room over the river. The complex provides a wide range of treatments and massages. We were a week and we are satisfied. We highly recommend the SPA zone - excellent service and a nice atmosphere.

Fancy looking place from outside with a beautiful view from balcony. Delicious breakfast. We came in the middle of the night without booking and got a small room - but we still enjoyed our stay in here. Believe me the view of this hotel is magical.

This hotel has a fabulous interior - all those fancy details and royal touch! The service was really good. Great location by the river and nice walking to the center. I definitely suggest to go on a cruise and take a look on the hotel from the boat. We really enjoyed our stay.

We specificly asked for the room that is non-smoking, has not have any animals before us because of our allergies.  And gluten free breakfast for one; please.

We have been driving from Tallin to Augustov throug via Baltica which was partly under constraction. It was late when arriving to Hotel. First suprise was that our room was not in the hotel. We went back to our car with the Hotel employe and drove throug little path in woods to an appartment building. It was totally separate from hotel and contsined four appartments. When I asked is this part of your hotel. He told that that it`s for the people who want to cook their own meals and have animals with them. 🤔 I said that we spesificly quested a room where has not been any animals bacause of our allergies. Respond was that there has been customers with no animals before us. Well it was Late and we were really tired. Room was really nice and cleanish. But when you have allergies you’ll have some reaction no matter how much they clean the room or not.

Breakfast was nivelten separated from the people who are in healt vacations and regular quests. For Person with gluten free diet there was not much to eat. For bread I got ( you have to ask) one rise Cake and two slices of hard bread which included only 2% gluten and was organic 😟

I could recommend this Hotel to over 70 year old customers with no eating disabilities.

When cheking out the lady in reception was very helpful and friendly.

What a waste of a good opportunity for a great hotel.
The location is superb - right on the banks of the Netta river, close to city centre (10 min. by foot), in green surroundings.
The disappointments start inside...
No internet! 
No bar! 
The hotel has a great terrace overlooking the river, but with no bar in the hotel you won't be spending long warm summer evenings there with a glass of wine or beer, or a cup of coffee for that matter (unless you make your own instant coffee in your room..). 
There is a restaurant there, but it seems to be open only for breakfasts - it remained closed during the day and in the evening when I was there.
There are no fridges in the rooms. So forget about keeping your drinks cool in your room on warm summer days. 
The place is way too expensive considering what it has on offer.

Good location, but that's it.

The place is absolutely beautiful. It reminds of 1800 tsar style palace. Every room and hallway has ceiling crowns. Room was comfy and was in good condition. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but good! Good service. Parking lot has plenty of room.

Royal stay at Augustow

A truly magnificent place ideal for getting away from your everyday busy life. The view outside of the balcony is breathtaking! Amazing scenery surround this Palace, you got to come and see it for yourself to believe it :) I highly recommend it!
