6 of us had an over night stay here. Free pick up and drop off from airport. But 6 people with luggage bare fit in car. The people who picked us up were really nice though. 
The guest house is located in what looks like an apartment building on the 14th floor. Only 1 elevator was working and only 4 people with luggage fit in the elevator. Took forever for the 6 of us to arrive to the 14th floor. Check-in process was normal. You select your breakfast while you check in. They split us up 3 and 3 one room on the 14th floor and one room on the 20th floor. The room I was in on the 14th floor was fine. But the room on the 20th floor was infested with huge waterbugs (aka giant flying cockroachs). In the light it was normal but as soon as you turn the lights off they come quickly. So the girls where screaming there heads off while they swarmed the room and 5 minutes later the employee comes running in with a broom. As she is killing them she is hysterically laughing at the girls screaming. Of course the girls packed up there stuff and as the exit in the common area they see at least 10 more. The girls came and got us and we told them we can't stay here. So we left at 1am (only being there less than 3hrs) and headed back to the airport where we slept for the night until our flight. Fil Star refused to give us a refund which is unacceptable. NEVER EVER STAY THERE especially on the 20th floor which is also where you eat your breakfast.

The Worst

This place can't be beaten on price and if that's your primary driver then you'll be happy. But if you want a comfortable night's sleep, without hearing every passing vehicle outside and late night construction work, then opt for a better quality hotel. 

We made the mistake of booking a night here in between flying in from Tagbilaran at the end of our holiday and flying home the next day. What we really needed was comfort and a good night's sleep. Unfortunately we couldn't get that at Fil Star and had to move to another hotel. 

Staff were friendly enough but they go at their own pace (slow). They were late picking us up from the airport as they'd been to get burgers and even though they kindly offered to take us to our alternative hotel they kept us waiting downstairs for over an hour.

Bring ear plugs

I stayed here for one night before catching a plane to Cambodia as it is very close to Manila Airport. On arrival it looks like a block of apartments, or flats, as we call them, and this is exactly what it is. The B & B is located on the 14th, 16th and 20th floors, which I found slightly disorientating. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms large and comfortable and the breakfast very nice. They also provide a free shuttle to the airport. Overall a very good and interesting experience.

Not your usual B & B

Empä viimesen viiden reissuviikon aikana muista olleeni yhtä hyvä palveluisessa paikassa. Varasin samana päivänä malesiassa huoneen kaverille ja itselle. Paikka haki lentokentältä vaikka saavuttiin vasta 23.30. Respa myös auki koko yön. Tosi mukava henkilökunta,  vaikutti enemmänkin kaveriporukalta. Huoneessa ilmastonti, lämmin suihku ja omat sängyt. Aamupala kuulu hintaan ja senkin sai valita illalla valmiiksi erilaisita seteistä aamuksi valmiiksi. Lopuksi hotelli varasi meille bussiin paikat ja heitti terminaalille kun jatkoimme matkaa manilasta. Kuljetukset lentokentälle yleisimpiä, koska ihan vieressä. Suosittelen!

Can't remember place as goood as this was in the last 5 weeks on the road. I reserved room at the same day I was arriving. They picked me up from the airport even it was 11'30pm. Reseption is open 24hours. You can pick breakfast ready to morning free of charge. Room was pretty good, hot shower, air con and ok beds. Staff very friendly, they booked seats to us when we kept going to puerto galera and even drove us to buss terminal even it was 45mins away. Absolutely great and smooth. Thank you.

Iha huippu/ absolutely great

Stayed for just 1 night after a very long flight and wanted a place close to the airport. They arranged a shuttle to the airport and everything went very smooth.

Nice breakfast, the room was clean , nice people. Well worth it. :)
