Thank you Tres Pension (Ms. Dianne) for accommodating us in our stay in PPS. The experience here was great. On time breakfast, clean rooms (smells really good), they provide anything we need, free airport transfer and even updates us with our tour, super bait po. I have no words to say but thank you!!!!!

Super Nice!

My stay here was lovely. The WiFi was strong🤗, a hard task in the Philippines, the owners were kind and the place, a small bit of shangri-la. Even got me a refund from a tour when I didn’t know I was entitled to one. It’s tucked away in a nice quite part of the city. Could not recommend it more!

I love this place.

This place is more than just a pension. 

My friends and I arrived around 12 midnight because we came all the way from El Nido. They were there waiting for us with all smiles. Accommodated us and asked for our breakfast time and whar time we prefer to be sent to the airport. YES. You read that right. A pension with their own van to send you to the airport. 

The next day, coffee was served without us asking. Breakfast was on time and even our transfer. They accommodated us with our request to drop by a souvenir shop and brought us to MCA where souvenirs are affordable.


PENSION IS UNDERRATED

There was no hot water.  No soap or even toilet paper.  Great staff even picked me up at the airport.  I was told I didn't pay for the room having hot water.   I called hotels.com and they did see that either.  This is a first to me traveling all over Asia.  And no soap or toilet paper.  Thnk God I had that

The place is so nice and cozy. The owners are very accommodating.
We got to spoke a little with nanay, since Ms. Erleen is out to buy something. They are very kind to us, they gave us tips, options and help us with regards to our stay in city. Definitely highly recommendable for those who needs space for relaxation and a good rest.

It’s just near the airport,  clean rooms, with free breakfast and airport transfer. 
The owner is friendly and easy to deal with. We highly recommend this place for a good night rest when in Puerto Princesa :)

The service and safety are very good.Ate Erl,her family and Sherllyn (the massage lady🤗)are very attentive to our needs..nice rooms with enough breakfast!The price is very reasonable!Very recommendable.

Hello there

This was quite literally the most horrific place I've stayed in through Hotels.com (and we've spent 50 of the last 180 nights in hotels). The customer service was terrible and slow, "wifi" was practically non-existant, the room wasn't clean, there were no amenities and only a cold water shower.On top of it all, it seems that there are permanent residents in the "hotel"; the one next to our room was carrying a gun as the complex is situated in the middle of a slum. We stayed only one night for a good reason.This hotel was located in a scary location and I wouldn't advice anyone to go there. Obviously, no security guards or locked gates whatsoever.The only good thing is that they offer free airport shuttle but on the other hand, that's kind of sad.

Our worst Hotels.com experience

From booking until departure associated whenever employees are given a lot of assistance to live before ordering local travel given sufficient local information are very real .After attending a day every day trip will be in the city wandering experience to observe local customs have tried in embracing them because the local people are very friendly very easy to interact with them in the evening Coast ho channel views underground river special geological landscape island-hopping in the sea and islands style urban tour has left a very deep impression.
