I used to hang out here on my18 teens almost every night with friend who used to get pick up by Arab and Westerner tourists and popular in late 80’s.Revolving disco on top floor we dance all night until the early hours..and every time I’m back in Philippines always come here to see what was like now I can’t even recognised the place that It used too😩😩

Miss

I just wanted to stay on this hotel just for the purpose of reminiscing childhood memories. We usually stay here for weeks. Sad to say it badly needs to upgrade. Anyway price range is affordable and location has good access to transportation.

Needs upgrading

We planned to stay at the ambassador hotel on a weekend trip to malate. We had booked the hotel through an online website & were fooled by the pictures pasted online. 
The service of the hotel is extremely bad & the staff quality is also very poor.
Will not recommend the hotel to anyone

Poor Poor Poor !!

staying in this hotel had reminded me again the pilipino style trying to rip- off foreigners and even their own people.last december 2012 I've taken to stay in this hotel with their special offer of 1300 piso a-day minimum for 4 days, since the first day they only supply me of 2 towels, no bath mat, and only 1 roll of toilet paper made of 1 fly everyday . but I gather im just by myself no big deal.then when my family of 3 come to visit to stay with me on the fith night I paid additional 1200 piso for that night, I've requisted another 3 towels, again there was no bathmat given,so we thought then maybe this hotel realy do not supply a bathmat,as I do not want to streess myself I din't bother to request or complain about it. as a pilipino origin myself we  make do of what we have, so we use 1 of the towel as a bathmat, then the next day at the lobby they inform me that there was a problem that 1 of the towels is got a stain an that they cannot removed it, therefore they must charge me a 500piso, of course I was shocked. so I said Im not gonna pay 500piso with that old ratty towel, if you like I buy a new 1 and that will not cost me a 500piso, an I added they sould have given me a bahtmat everyday, but they say that I should have requested it, I called for the manager but she too was adamant that I should pay, and that is their policy, so I said lits call a police because this is rediculous, and so she order her attedance to be prettending calling the police,5 minutes later I overheard the manager saying to her attendance over the radio saying  to imformed me that forget about it for this time but make a note of her record for next time.
naturaly the attendance then is prettending to be apologizing on the matter.
I was soo hurt and insulted with all this experience, this just reminded me again how some pilipino can be soo cruel, cold and always looking for who they can rip- off, SHAME,SHAME AMBASSADOR MANAGEMENT!!!!
