Hostal Nazca

We decided to stay at Hostal Nazca even though we could not find any reviews of the property (I had to add them to TripAdvisor myself). We made the right choice. The room was old--a coat of paint is needed--but everything was clean and tidy and the beds very comfortable. The hot water worked in the bathroom and we had no complaints over our room at all. The hostel is located on one of the main roads, a mere 3 block walk from the bus station, and the location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby but the rooms are tucked away off the street so they remain quiet. We loved that the room was dark in the morning with the blinds closed so we could sleep in as long as we wanted. There is a great outdoor area you can relax in and a common lounge inside as well. The wi-fi worked well and Mario was a great host, helping us arrange our Nazca flight for the right price--no upselling goes on here or cheating. We appreciated the honesty. We plan to return to Nazca for a few days and will stay here again. You can't beat the price and the place was everything we needed for a great stay.
