The check in was easy and I was welcomed with a cup of tea. The staff made sure to ask all the rich questions and made sure I had enough blankets, that my breakfast was ready before my early departure, and had a taxi waiting to take me to the airport for an early rainy departure. The room was a bit dated but the pillows, bed and comforter where all new and comfortable. And there was plenty of hot water to shower! Great place located just blocks from the airport. I wouldn’t recommend walking if you are hauling luggage but ok for backpackers. Although it’s 7 blocks to the airport, the sidewalks and streets are not paved and if it’s raining you’re going to get dirty. 

Great stay 3 April 2019

We recently stayed here the night before a flight out of cusco. Yes, there really is no where around to eat but the staff will help you order food. We got upgraded to a king size bed when we were put in the wrong room and the bed was super
Comfortable and the views of Cusco were gorgeous. We were the only ones there which made for a very quiet, restful sleep. The buffet breakfast was the best we had in Peru with hot eggs and fresh bread and juices. The girl working was so helpful and welcoming I would recommend to those flying in late or early departures. We walked to the airport in 10 minutes!

Excellent hotel 10 min from the airport!

Arrived late, the host didn't speak English it was very frustrating. She showed me to a small, cold room. The shower was also cold. The room was dark and had 1 small window which was high above the bed on the other side of the room. Not nice. The rooftop was lovely though and breakfast was cute.

The place was fine for just somewhere to sleep. Located close to airport, but in a so-so neighborhood. Hotel and room was pretty tired looking, could use an update. Served continental breakfast, but it was also so-so.

We previously had stayed near the old town center and wished we had that night, also. We didn’t find much to do or see around the hotel.

Tired looking hotel

Good location.However, when we arrived at night hoping to take a shower, there was no hot water. The room is extremely cold, no heating during winter time for whatever reason.The worst part, on the day of checkout, the owner accused us of stealing her towels. She messed up by putting us in the wrong room in the first place. Those towels were placed on the bed in the room downstairs, the room which we were supposed to get in the beginning.

My friend and I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport as we had an early morning flight. 

The staff are lovely. They offered to help us with taxis etc and stood outside waiting with us in the morning to make sure we were ok. They were just beautiful. 

The hotel itself needs a little work though. 
The wifi was inconsistent at best. The shower was baffling. Rather than raining down water it shot it out in one big spurt. The hot water took over 5 minutes to kick in when showering as well. Also, we had lamps in our room but had nowhere to plug them in to. 



Needs some work 

Location far from town. Although the staff was helpful, the hotel was always noticeably trying to scam another dollar. From calling overpriced taxis with kick backs, to demanding 8% if you check out with credit card.... and they taxied us to their sister hotel to pay because they didnt have a credit card machine! My receipt therefore showed I stayed at a different hotel! Temps were cold but they brought extra blanket. Hotels.com Email and paper inside the door said 11am checkout... they said 9am until we showed the email. The good? Noisy but probably less than closer to city center. Smiling staff. Hot water, clean rooms. Just Ok breakfast. Stay again? Nope

Problems.

Having travelling the world this is regrettably one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. No hot water, dirty, bad service, run down and overall really bad. Not even that close to the airport
