La Merced can be a little bit noisy and messy but when you get into Cocos hotel boutique is like getting into another world. Hotel decoration is out of this world, the whole hotel is decorated to perfection with good taste, handmade colorful paintings and designs, plants all over the place, giving a special nature touch to the whole hotel. Outstanding customer service from each and every person in this hotel, especially from Lara and our brazilian friend Diogo Bittencourt. Thank u guys! We totally recommend this hotel to anybody coming to this city.
