Ok, let's talk about my likes and dislikes. I loved the reception, the space , the pool, the bar (very damn cool) ,the elevator 😊😊😊😊, the room, but my best part was the gym...for better improvement, the  security guard should  be on uniform,so I won't feel one random guy is coming to search me, aside this Regia is a Very beautiful,comfortable and conducive place to be. Thank you 😘

Hotel was safe and comfortable great location to tour lagos. Clean and good hot water. The restaurant took a while of bring the food so be prepared to order in advance. stayed one night. plan to visit again.

One night stay

We needed a place to stay for just a night because of an outreach we had in Abesan mini-stadium.

We were on our way to another hotel we had initially booked when we sighted this hotel.We thought it was shut down from the outside until when we entered and realized they were fully functional.

Lovely hotel and very quiet one too considering the location.The rooms were clean and the staff were willingly to air and spray it when we complained about the smell.

We friends ordered natives soups from the resturant and they swore it was the best they had in a while only issue was it was only one kitchen staff available to serve all the rooms which delayed the food a bit.

All in all it was a breathe of fresh air in Ikotun.

Not Bad!!

This was my third stay at this hotel. The first two times was not bad at all but this time, I should have called the authorities. They have always but me on the second floor but, this time they put me on the 3td  While in the restuarnt eating, we come to find out someone was trying to break into the room by trying to remove the door hinges,
When reported the response was not good by the hotel, I was moved to the 2nd floor in a bigger room. They did not try to compensate me for the trouble but requested I pay the difference for the move to the lager room. Will never stay here again.

Nightmare

I stayed at regia last summer.The international community needs to be warned about this hotel and must stay away. I made a booking through jumia, then called Jovago and was at the hotel for almost one week until my water heater in my room sparked and exploded when I switched it on one morning. Don't get me wrong the hotel looks good on the outside but on the inside it is rotten to the core. Cockroach infested, I had the hotel staff come and fleet my room at least twice a day yet more live cockroches would be found after an hour or two. The service of hotel staff was slow and I found the management to be unprofessional depending on the mood they were in. My room was changed three times an yet the cockroach problem persisted. There were also rat droppings found in my room on occasion and upon informing the management I was told 'this is Lagos' which is a shame really because I have stayed in several hotels in Lagos that do not have this problem. As a level five contributor, I know my stuff.
