Comfortable place to lay one's head over a short time and not wanting to fork out for a luxury motel or hotel at very high prices. Has s good strong WiFi signal. The people were efficient and polite. I found Auckland to be a beautiful city especially the harbor.

Stayed here recently - arrived back from Aussie 31st Jan ( was staying to go to a niece's engagement party whilst in Auckland- on NRL Nines Weekend ,so not much else available. Bit of a dump really - our room at the back of the complex on the lower floor - about 30 metres from the railway line (fortunately the Auckland Railway system unlike other major cities in the world is relatively quiet) - did hear them up till about midnight and then not again till about 6.30 in the morning. Rooms are very basic but adequate, compact , crappy TV's , a little kitchenette with all the basics for a cuppa. At least the room and ensuite was clean, clean sheets and towels etc. No air con or ceiling fans , so glad it wasn't a warm nite - did have a radiator in the room . Disappointing no Sky on the TV - thought almost rudimentary at any motel these days. Would probably not return - much better value for money elsewhere , but we didn't have a lot of choice this time round. Usually stay in the Auckland CBD - hotels.

If nothing else - adequate

We were not happy with the amount of money we paid to the condition of the room, we had a family unit mold on the walls and lots of marks on the wall that would of come off with a bit of jiff. Bathroom fairly new but not overly clean. The beds were comfortable.. we would of gone somewhere else but traveled 7 hours in a car with a 2 year old and and first reservation at a different motel didn't work out.

Not recommended

This place is a bit of a dump, tired, old and neglected.  The 2 bedroom unit got was dirty and was not cleaned, as we found a used condom underneath the bed on the floor.  The bathroom was acceptable, but everything else in the room was not.  We were very disappointed after the photos on the website promised so much (I guess you get what you pay for).  No mirror in bathroom, fridge rocky on 3 legs,  carpet and walls looked like it had seem better days.  Noisy as it's next to the Southern motorway and Train Line.  On positive note, the owners went out to purchased us a new portacot for our baby, once the one they provided was broken.  close to Newmarket shopping and central. Would recommend not to stay here.

Don't go here, stay away

Bit of a dump! Asked me to call back before 1pm to confirm my booking then put me into a room that wasn't cleaned when I showed just before 1pm. 
No SKY movies or SKY sports.
No face cloths. 
No mirror over the hand basin.
Wifi OK.
