The rooms were clean and welcoming and the staff were very helpful and friendly. This was our first time overseas and Management bent over backwards to help us in any way. With directions, taxis, organising transport for us to travel around the city and places we wanted to see. We honestly felt like family by the end of our stay. We are already planning a return holiday in 2026. We left with a heavy heart but cannot recommend this hotel enough.
