It was a terrible experience. We didn’t have enough towels, toilet paper. The room was not done until 4.30pm after we complained. The bedsheets are old and rough to  sleep in. The mats in the room are dirty. The electricity keeps cutting off. This should be rated as a three star hotel.

The service of the Landmark team is excellent. They look after you and your comfortable very well. I trust Landmark and the team. They work very hard and friendly to meet your expectations, which they did for me. I recommend to stay in Landmark if you visit Pokhara, Nepal.

My experience, expectations and fulfilment.

They provided excellent service and the room was clean and tidy with a beautiful view.
I was there for a month and always felt welcome there. The staff were always available to help and my stay so much nicer.
The breakfast buffet was great as well!

10/10 Great service, location and room

The service was great especially Mr. Kamal Poudyal. He helped us a lot.
The heritage room was good with a huge terrace outside from where we could get a slight view of the Fewa lake.
I would definitely recommend it.
The spa of the hotel was also really nice and calming.

Awesome

No sandals in the room. Liquid soap instead of normal soap for hand wash would be better. Sandals for for washroom is also necessary which was not there. Rest service was good. A hand wash in the lunch area would also be helpful.

I visited Pokhra this November 2023. 
I stayed at the Landmark hotel. 
It is a great place to stay. 
It is located at a walking distance from the lake and the market. 
Ambiance of the hotel is excellent. 
Food is good. 
The staff is extremely friendly and courteous and helpful. 
In fact I had some problems travelling by road from Kathmandu to Pokhra so the management immediately helped me to arrange for my air travel back to Kathmandu. 
I am really impressed by the overall experience at the hotel.

Wonderful experience at Pokhra

We really liked staying at the Landmark. Good price, service and good. Clean and good location.

Stayed here for one night with my family and we booked two rooms. Rooms had no view, there is a pathetic little garden between the buildings and that is all that you see. The garden is also the place where they load and unload all the hotel ration with shady drivers in vans staring st you from below. Their bald bar manager tried to con us by first agreeing to certain price of liquor if ee paid in cash and then gave us a bill of about the four times, when confronted started speaking in english in US accent. But he was well served. There travel desk guy is a thug and will charge you loads for even smaller distances. There is zero hospitality and no smile on any staff’s face. 

Being an Indian and travelled there almost at every hill station, was always greeted with warmth at even smallest establishments. But this property in nepal turned out to be an deal breaker at all aspects with absolutely rude and unwelcoming staff including their general manager.

They serve breakfast at their first floor cafeteria and it gets cold within seconds. You end up in a chaos if you are travelling with family.

Avoid this hotel at all cost. One of the reasons I am never going Nepal again!

The most pathetic hotel with full of thugs snd cons,

We stayed in hotel for 2 nights, we enjoyed the property is very beautiful and room allotted us is mountain facing and other rooms were also equivalent good. The staff and food is par excellant. The staff is very courteous including at reception restaraunt and other. The service by SPA is also very good. The staff at SPa is very courteous.
Pehwa lake is opposite to hotel, walking distance and market is also nearby.

No hot water, asked to have it seen to.... just warm water only. Couldn't have a hot bath after booking a room with one.
I asked for toilet paper 3 times and I'm still waiting for the past 3 hours. Breakfast was okay, there was cockroaches running across the floor by the bathroom, two baby ones and two big ones!! 
There was a lot of dust under the furniture. 
The staff are polite, very disappointing room and service
