We stayed here for one night with a small tour group. The location is perfect being near the Medina and a short walk to the river front where we had dinner. 
The room is smaller than I am used to in Australia but this was a perfect stay.  
Breakfast was served in the morning. Even though it was a simple breakfast it was home cooked and very tasty. 
If you are after a real Moroccan experience then this place is perfect. 

Tip. There’s no lift so if you have mobility issues request the ground floor level.

Fabulous location near kasbah, medina, market and marina. Abdul majeed, the owner is very hospitable. We stayed in the chefchaounia room…. Quiet and comfortable. Nice roof terrace. Beautiful interior courtyard where you have breakfast and can chill out
Everything is within walking distance.

We stayed here for our night in Rabat. Cute Riad. Our room was spacious enough w/2 rooms and a bathroom in between and the bathroom was plenty big- I guess it depends on which room you get. Some in our group complained about the small bathroom and room. It is located close to the water and we walked there for dinner. Wish e had more time to walk around the Medina but they close early. It was very loud with people in the street very late but I think that is just part of staying in Riads. Breakfast was really nice also.

We stayed there for 3 nights and were very satisfied with the riad and the staff.It is well situated for visiting the Medina and the Kasbah.
We have stayed in several riads around Morocco and this one is certainly up to standard.
Most of the rooms are rather small so we opted for the suite which is excellent.As it was "low season"we got a reduction on the price.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful.An excellent breakfast is included in the price.
You can book a taxi to and from the airport.
There is also a spacious upstairs terrace where you can relax after a busy day in Rabat.

We loved our stay here. The location is fantastic, close to the sea and old town, and the owner was incredibly nice. She welcomed us warmly, and despite having booked a room online, she showed us all the available rooms and let us choose the ones we liked most. She served us tea and planned a walking route to see the main highlights of the cities in a day, along with restaurant recommendations. We followed all her advice and it was all perfect! Breakfast was very nice and we got given extra juice and pancakes when they noticed we enjoyed them. There was a very nice roof terrace with comfy shaded seats where we spent relaxing time reading. The only issue was that our bathroom seemed to have a problem with the drains and smelled a little, but we didn't raise it and I am sure it would have been resolved quickly if we had. Thank you to Riad Dar Alia for making our 3 days in Rabat memorable and relaxing!

We stayed here as part of an organised trip and were delighted with the experience. The Riad is traditional and lovely, with everything you need. The breakfast was super and really nice. The location is inside the Medina, which we enjoyed. Our driver struggled to find it but once we had orientated ourselves we found it very easy to navigate. Naima the host, was absolutely wonderful and gave us one of the nicest experiences we had on our travels in Morocco. She was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. She recommended a great local place for dinner and we were able to walk through the medina to find it. I wish we had more time to explore as the Medina was very nice and although we were the only tourists we didn't find anyone pestered us. 
Highly recommend for a stay in Rabat.

I stayed here with about 10 other people in December.  The location of the Riad is great.  It was also very quiet but as there is a courtyard you can heard internal noise from other guests, but still quiet.  

The owner prepared a lovely breakfast for us the following day.  I'm still thinking about the delicious orange juice and oranges.

Stayed here for three nights which was more than enough to see Rabat. 

The Riad is okay with a lovely lobby but very stuffy bedrooms and tiny bathrooms. 

Location is excellent for the Kasbah etc and the owner is just so lovely. Other ladies working there are really very pleasant and all of them combined made this more than just an average revue. 

Breakfast is limited but adequate.  

When we eventually found The Riad through a myriad of passage ways,we were pleased to see a welcoming place to stay. The room we had was not as big as in the previous riad but clean and comfortable After we had settled in we wandered down to the water and had a wonderful meal. Getting back was tricky as we kept taking wrong turns,however ,22000 steps later we made it .A fabulous night out.And a very pleasing breakfast the next morning.Staff were wonderful.
