The Bivouac is in a magical place, the tents are beautiful with all the luxury (private bathroom). They treated us wonderfully, the food was delicious. At night you can see the Milky Way, it's like you can touch it. 
Right there we were able to hire a 4x4 excursion ond a camel ride, it is a unique experience. We had a lot of fun, it has been a wonderful and unforgettable experience

WONDERFUL & UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE

Great value for a simple but comfortable Desert Camp, amazing dinner and breakfast, very tasty and carefully prepared. 
You even get to have toilets and shower! 
Barek and all the staff are very kind even with very little English so we manage to talk in Spanish. We've been talking to him for months and made an effort to try and organize our stay. 
The dinner tent was being renewed so we had our meals at an improvised one which was ok but a bit too warm. 
The camp is very quiet during the night and you can watch the stars. 
Recommend!

Good night at the Desert with a family of 7

It's was a wonderful night we spent in desert thank you Zniaghi , i recommend this was one of the best place I’ve ever been on. Thanks abdou! We will miss you and Morocco!

We book a 4 pax tent and it was perfect. After check in, we just relax in the tent. They served the best tajin in Morocco for dinner in the dining tent. Then they made campfire and played berber music to entertain us. Later we gazed to the starry sky, the stars shining bright and it was a very beautiful night. The next morning, we went by foot to the nearest dunes to watch the sunrise. They do provide the camel ride to do this but we skip that. Then, breakfast is served under the sun outside the dining tent. As it was winter, even the sun is shining, the weather was still cold and chilly. Bring  a good jacket if you come here in winter season. However, there are hot water in the sink at the toilet@bathroom tent. Overall we really enjoy our time here and will recommend it highly.  

Perfect experience in Sahara

I went to many places on the desert (Zagora desert, Erg Chebbi...) but this place is super different because there are not that much camps as in Erg Chebbi (each week new camp). but this place is quite and you will feel that you're in real desert... all what i can say to anyone who is reading this words is to miss not this place (it's as it looks in picture and everything is natural and no as you see in some camps (very interesting pictures which let you feel very satisfied. but you becomes surprised after your experience)!!!



The quit place in the desert - Erg Znaigui

The Merzouga area is a great place to see the sand desert but also overcrowded, full of camps and people trying to sell you something. If you want a real desert experience then Bivouac Erg Znaigui is the best choice. You will be in the middle of sand dunes, with nobody else around, isolated, in real berber tents (not cheap plastic chinese tents like in most places), but with best conditions to stay, very clean and nice. This is located far from any other camps, so you will experiment the original. The host and his staff are great people, we soon became good friends. They took care that everything was great for us, we spent an unforgettable time there, an amazing experience. I fully recommend this location, by far over the others. If you visit Morocco then make sure you don't miss this. Choose the original.

The real desert experience

In Morroco there is one famous desert called Merzouga (or Erg Chebbi, not sure why there are two names) that is the biggest and closest to main road N13. There are dozens of camps and for sure is the most commercialized. 

Here we found camp next to desert called "Erg Znaigui" that is about 3 km from N13. Road was good enough to pass by our Kia Picanto. What we loved the most, there were no tricksters willing to sell you glasses, watches and other stuff, no guys offering some strange services, nobody to poke us! :D
Second - in my opinion, if you are in the middle of the desert it doesn't metter how big it is. All you can see are hills of sand, so you can't feel real difference between Erg Chebbi and Erg Znaigui.
Third - Founder is really open-minded guy. We've been talking about topics that are not easy to rise in such a country, so I am really pleased that I could hear his opinion about politics, religion, listen some stories about the place and old times.
And yeah, he created camp not out of Quechua tents but shelters that nomads used to set while traveling through desert, so it really looks as it should :)
I think we spotted really good place. I can fully recommend it!
