My daughter and myself came Marrakesh for the first time the hotel was lovely, there was clean beds, linen and towels everyday. The breakfast was amazing there was a lot of choice and nothing was too much trouble and of course the manager Amine was always at hand making sure we had what we needed and the lovely Nadia on the desk was very helpful and made us feel very welcome also the doorman Mohammed also made us feel very welcome, true Arabic hospitality we will definitely visit again and too all the staff who’s name we didn’t know thank you very much 😊

Family holiday

What a great location this hotel has. So close to everything. The swimming pool was great too. Staff were excellent.  I liked the bar.  Restaurant had awesome food. Beside there are so many restaurants just around it.

Great hotel

I have seen many reviews for this hotel and none are accurate in my mind. Stopped here for 4 nights.
Everyone at the hotel was extremely polite and helpful.
The room was spacious and although at the front of the hotel, ( it’s a city!.), noise was not a problem for us. In fact I loved the hub of life outside, it was captivating.
The room was cleaned every day and bedding changed and always clean towels. The whole hotel was very clean.
Breakfast an unexpected delight for the start of the day. Freshly cooked omelettes ( with fillings of yr choice… if you take it to the counter) plus other deli style breakfast fare including bakerie.
The staff couldn’t do enough for us and I definitely would stay again.

Great Hotel

You see a lot of negative reviews about this hotel but all I can say is that it was fine. I stayed 5 nights but didn't eat there, so no comment on food, I didn't swim in the pool, which looked as though a clean wouldn't go amiss. But my room was great - felt pretty much like a four star hotel in terms of bedroom except the bathroom was maybe 70% of what you'd expect in top brand hotel - but that was fine. Do, however, get room at the back as the front is noisy at night (cars, motorbikes etc) - back is very peaceful. I'd say ask that for all hotels in Marrakech! Staff were really friendly and helpful - oh and the room doors DO lock (don't know what some posters are going on about!). It's great value if you just want a clean, modern, spacious room to sleep and relax and it's way better value than the one my friend stayed in round the corner at 5 x the price!

Much better than many reviews say

Had a wonderful welcome from Nadia, she was very helpful and informative and always on hand to help with any queries we had. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel was spotless, rooms and beds cleaned daily and the location is excellent. Breakfast was really good with fresh produce and flatbread made fresh while you wait. Ok, so yes, this hotel has suffered during the pandemic, but they are in the process of renovation. I was sorry to leave and won’t hesitate to visit again.

Warm welcome, clean and friendly hotel

A Informal, relaxed hotel in a super location for city centre, restaurants, shops etc. Resided for 3 weeks as staff were super helpful & kind. Service was good. Excellent & respectful housekeeper Mariam which was appreciated as a single female. Lovely attentive service from  waitress Karima & kamal. Yes it needs updating but it’s great value for money. Would happily book again.

Great location & friendly team

The hotel is pretty close to the airport we were originally put on the 6th but as my mother has limited mobility (they do have 2 small lifts) I was worried should there be a emergency or lift failure they moved us to a suit on the first floor which had a large double bed and 2 singles a fridge ,tv,large wardrobe,chair and small table and small balcony and air conditioning. The rooms are clean but really need up dating the light was dubiously hanging from the ceiling and holes in the walls were sockets had been moved I assume.
There was a shower and separate wc we did however only have very luke warm water for our 7 day stay despite being told it would be fixed
The pool area is nice and was cleaned every morning however the lounger don’t have any cushions and the ones that did were very dated metal ones many of which had broken joints.
We stayed half board and breakfast and dinner is buffet style and can’t be faulted with lots of choice drinks are however rather expensive 
The staff were all very helpful including Nadia who sells execursions 
They have a onsite spa which I would say is rather undersold Lela who works in the spa and is very obliging 
If you have mobility issues despite being marketed as disabled friendly there are 2 steps to get to the lifts which have no hand rails and then another 2 steps to get to the pool and dining area and the spa area is accessed by 2 flights of stairs.
There is a bar area in the hotel which apparently isn’t part of the hotel ? It is open until 1am at which time they seem to like dragging the wooden furniture around which I assume is for cleaning but when this is done on tiled floors it woke us every night ! As our rooms were above 
The wifi was fast and worked in all areas of the hotel 
I wouldn’t say it’s a bad hotel but does need some investment and revamping

Ok but not great

The hotel itself is ok for the price but could do with a fridge in the room and comfortable beds. They charge local tax in full upon checkin so make sure you exchange money at the airport. Shop around for local exchange bureaus after as the hotel seems to give a low rate and didn’t change in the 2 weeks we were there. Do no book any excursions from a very rude arrogant woman who sits in the Lobby, as she will con you.. We asked for a taxi because our previously booked taxi didn’t arrive and they wanted to charge 250 mad, (which I believed to be excessive). When I asked my husband to get his own she got extremely angry and aggressive bother line wanted a confrontation. Anyway we found a taxi for 100 mad ourselves. So remember shop around for better rates and deals

Budget hotel- ok if you just want a place to rest,, nothing special

this hotel is not a 4 star. Our room didn;t have a fridge, very old bathroom, rusty shower and taps (see photos), the receptionist was giving us a room, then 10 mins later the room is not ready, it went on and on and on.

Absolutely NONE of the photos reflect the actual state of the hotel itself. 
It’s incredibly run down and scruffy. 

The bathrooms are tired and dated and the rooms need a massive overhaul to bring them up to standard. The battery’s for the TV remote were dead so I kept having to change the battery’s for the air con remote. 

I went to the pool one day to ask for a pool towel. I was told I had to leave a 200MOD as a deposit at reception. I was given a receipt and took it to the pool attendant. He disappeared with my receipt and didn’t return. After 45 mins I went back to reception and demanded my money back. 

There are no carpets in any room or communal areas. Woman with high heels clip clipping up and down the corridors late at night/very early morning shouting and screaming with no regard for other guests. 

Dirty stained bedding and bath towels that have seen better days. 

I was only there for 5 nights and that was probably 4 nights too long. 

I would rate this hotel a 2 * at most.
