Riad dar assia

We had a great time at Riad Dar Assia. The owner is the friendliest person you will ever meet and very helpful if you ask anything, giving us directions into the medina and to the bus stations with the best times to go making sure to get to book the bus we wanted (which was very useful since it indeed solds out very quickly after opening). Sad to see some bad comments here from people expecting a 5 stars hotel treatment, this is a riad not a spa! Breakfast is not included but the price of the room is very low and it says so! We had clean towels, several blankets and air conditioning, no need for more. Only thing I have to complaint was the mattress, I have back problems and it was a bit hard and not straight so I had a bit of pain in the morning, but that was not terrible either. We had a peaceful time which was what we wanted, a big room at a cheap price, only another couple on the other side of the hall so we felt like kings. Rooftop with a table to enjoy some time alone with a view during evenings or morning. Very quiet place which can be a luxe in Morocco right inside the center of the medina.
