Pros: New Hotel. Clean, large rooms. Great breakfast with good mix of western and local foods. Lots of TV stations including English and other foreign language. Accommodating staff/owners. Cons: New Hotel. Since it was a new hotel, there were a few kinks. However, these seemed to mostly things that could be fixed and would not reappear once a smooth operation of the hotel is established.
