The location is good (walking distance to metro stations, trolley stop), but the neighbourhood is not the best, I stayed there (6 nights) The hotel looks nice, the room is big and relatively clean: I had to move my bed and there was a lot of rubbish behind it, but all visible area were clean. No carpet on the floor it had tiles. The bathroom was clean, unfortunately no toilet brush, but it was cleaned daily. No A/C in the room, I had to open the small windows None of the receptionist spoke any English. Wifi was OK. Bed was clean and comfy. No minibar or fridge in the room, but you can buy snacks and drinks in the lobby.
