At the end of September 2018 I got married at that place and it was incredible. The view is very good and we were treated very well. I don't know if it happened in the other comment where it flooded because we too were touched by the rain at night but underneath the pots there was no problem. In the canada there was the ceremony and it is a place that has no comparison. For weddings the ideal is to plan it on a date that does not rain much, because on clear days the place looks incredible, that was what I was worried about, fortunately until the night it was cloudy and raining.

It's an incredible place where it happened.

My cousin's wedding was here. Horrible. The staff knew that the garden was flooded with rain and that it was going to rain that day and did nothing to warn us. We were at a muddy wedding trying to sort things out because the coordinators did nothing but observe us and tell us that they could do nothing porque es Tepoztlan. As for the hotel, they wanted to charge double for a room that we liquidated at check-in and we charged double consumption.

A nightmare is coming.

The most beautiful setting, and the grounds ate immaculate. At a wedding there recently they catered for vegan food which was really imaginative and delicious (better than anywhere I've eaten in London).

Stunning venue

It is a boutique hotel in an old farmhouse with wonderful, huge and impeccable gardens, with the delicious food of Rafaello Russo, they gave us a lovely room that was a small apartment next to the pool, with super nice and personalized amenities, we will definitely return.

The house where the room we stay in is practically located on the back of the road, so if you think away from the traffic noise consider it.The place is about 15-20 minutes walk from the walking center, the food is pesima. Regular because the complex is beautiful, clean and the service is very attentive.

Highway radio.

A very quiet place, surrounded by gardens.We stayed at the Maya Suite which has a private terrace where my couple set up a table for a romantic dinner and had a stunning view of the Tepozteco.The small pool with climate allows you to stay there for hours, although the service is a little slow but it does not cease to be very friendly, the cleaning very well.The breakfast was of very good quality and we will definitely return.

A wonderful and romantic place!!!!

I stayed one day because I had a meeting early the next day and found that they had no food, no dinner, breakfast started at 9:00, and my meeting was at 9:00, and suddenly I was given the menu of a place to ask for food.
