If you want to be close to all the activities in the heart of the city, this could be a good option since it is a few block away from them. But do not expect anything more than a place to crash, it is NOT a Bed & Breakfast, they do not have any meal services (as of yet) and if you are a person that has a thing for pillows; bring your own sin their are hard a rock and do not have any other choice. Besides this the place is clean a bit runned down in my opinion but everybody are very polite and courteous.

Very basic

We booked this via hostel world where most of the photos are totally inaccurate. They mainly show the suite rooms which are a different price to the double room. The room was extremely cheap but I still don't expect to have my feet dangling in the shower whilst using the toilet. The room felt slightly cell-like and we checked out a night early for a much nicer hotel at not much more. 
Breakfast and staff were very good.

Don't go for the double room! 

Positive:
- very friendly staff (i.e. showed us the way to the next supermarket, helped us finding good restaurants and planing trips)
- good breakfast
- clean rooms

Negative:
- small, old-fashioned room

During our stay there was some renovation work done so maybe the rooms will change in the next time - so probably it will become even better in future
