Finest Playa Mujeres by The Excellence Collection - All Inclusive

We had an amazing experience at Finest Playa Mujeres celebrating our three year anniversary. Our check-in with Israel went very smooth. He helped us book everything that we possibly needed from excursions to spa visits and it was right in the Excellence lounge which had a classy bar with almost any perfect drink we could ask for. Miguel was an amazing bartender and curated the most perfect drinks during our stay. Not only were the drinks excellent but the bar was always stocked with the yummiest snacks and desserts. We had the pleasure of meeting Munther Shawa who helped accommodate all of our needs and almost every reservation we could think of. He went above and beyond to get us a reservation for the hibachi restaurant and made sure every time we passed each other on the resort to check in and confirm we were enjoying our stay. Even when we decided to leave the resort to do some shopping he reached out to a restaurant and accommodated reservations for a last night celebratory anniversary dinner. The romantic dinner package offered one of the most memorable romantic dinners we ever had starting with the unforgettable views of the sunset on the beach not to mention a saxophone player who played serenade after serenade and wonderful service from our personal waiter, Javier. Everything about our stay from the Michael Jackson impersonation and circus shows to the pool bar and beach service was truly the finest! We are grateful for all our experiences and will continue to give them a strong recommendation.
