Motel is near the main walking street with lots of food restaurants and tour agents around. Can go to the beach by passing through between other inn/motel.
Room is poor, having no lavatory, and be careful of yellow ants who can bite you.
Beach has jelly fish & I got stunk.
Good point: they provide a water filter with hot/cold water for drink. Free Wifi. Nice staff at reception.
Worn towels provided. Prepare your own brush/tooth paste, shampoo/bath gel, soap.

Good location for the price

Single room have 2 single bed. Room,  we stayed with a 2y child. They didn't have queen nor king bed.  Combined bed by our self to make us comfortable. 

Plus point here,  they have a drink water filter inside room.  Awesome. Coway water filter, ready to drink for hot and cold. Toilet is clean.  5minute walk to pantai chenang beach.

Value for money

Excellent location for the price I paid, Rooms are sparsely decorated and no hot water in the toilets. But the water was naturally warm enough for me to shower at 7am so no problems there. They provide water filter for you to fill up your own bottles with.

Very Good

I stayed there for 2 nights. I managed to get the private single room with ceiling fan for RM 109 from Agoda.com. 

Honestly, this was one of the most comfortable budget motel I had ever stayed. 

It had complimentary use of WIFI, mineral waters, wardrobes, power sockets, ceiling fan, bath towels and clean bathroom. 

First, WIFI very strong and only needed 1 time logged in. Second, bath towels-fragrance and it lasted longer. 

3 power sockets were available in the room which was enough for me. But if you’re technology savvy users, I suggested you to bring your own extension charger. 

I liked the most it provided the place which is right outside of the room for hanging the clothes and towels. This motel really understood the needs and wants of the travellers. 

Further, I satisfied with the high water pressure of the showerhead in the bathroom. It took me short while to rinse the shampoo from my hairs and body. 

Additionally, this motel offered superb location whereby close proximity with the Chenang beach, seafood restaurants, Chenang malls and Laman Padi.

Besides that, it was worth to mention that the staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff borrowed me the hair dryer without asking for deposit. Also, he offered to call the taxi if I needed it. 

In conclusion, there was not much to complain if you’re the budget travellers.
