I stayed for 6 hours overnight to connect to another flight. This hotel is very close to the airport, literally 5 min walk but taxi drivers try to rip you off. Hotel is very very basic. I wouldn’t stay there again.  

Just to sleep it’s ok. 

I visited this hotel 6/7 times. Its very near to Almaty Airport (approx 1 KM or 5~10 mins walk). Its good for transit purpose. Hotel rooms are very spacious but having very limited facilities (a few TV channels). WiFi only available on reception. Adjacent to hotel there is a small park. A walk-by market as well. Restaurant is having limited menu. One of disadvantage is landing & taking-off planes' noise.

Good Transit Hotel

Good as a transit hotel. The rooms are huge and clean. Internet works. But dont expect hospitality. The reception don't speak English. The lift works. Its walkable from airport but avoid walk in dark nights

I booked this hotel as atransit stay in Almaty to board early morning flight. It is very near to Airport,which make convenient to get morning flight.Lobby is average.it is line ols russian type hotel . they have restaurent,but limited option. The reception staff any how arranged something to eat.hotel provide free pick up,but drop is charged  2000 Tenge,which more than actual, They do not have fitnes centre.it is recomended as  nearst transit stay to airport,

Good for short duration

I stayed here for an overnight layover. The hotel is located in a walking distance from the airport, but the taxi arranged by the hotel charged around 15 USD. The room was like an old hospital room, with linoleum flooring (no carpet), a small window and pipe bed! The room was in a separate building behind the main building of the hotel. The main building seemed to be used for training or meeting of airline staff. I will never stay here again.
