15 reviewsThis is a BnB style hot spring resort in a relatively remote location. It took 7 minutes by taxi from the JR station and costs Yen900 which was acceptable. We booked a Japanese-style room with a in-room hot spring pool. The room was spacious, brightly lit, with sufficient heating for the weather around Christmas, fully equipped and provided with toiletries. Rich dinner and breakfast were served in the room. Although the staff could not speak foreign languages, their attitude was diligent and friendly. If you want to take a taxi when checking out in the morning, you need to ask the staff to make a reservation the night before. There was no uber taxi service in Yufuin region. We left the hotel after checking out in the mnorning and walked to Kinrin Lake in about 8 minutes, which was quite convenient.
