Absolutely incredible authentic experience. Traditional Japanese meals, bedding and bedding! The staff were very professional and helpful. They were accomodating for my food allergies of gluten free. At Rokumei we had the delightful Mar rue yama ( i think that is how it's spelled and i am so deeply sorry if it is not) He was friendly, attentive, went out of his way to check in on us the next day. Next level service, with those nice little touches that make the difference. We loved the public onsen, i mean we were in a hot tub and it was snowing. How cool is that! The products were amazing. Delicious food, so close to the Snow Monkeys. Near Enzo's cafe for delicious apple and custard pies and apple juice! My friend wants to come back for her honeymoon.
