This is my very first experience that have a stinky toilet in my hotel room,still have a human hair left on it. The room smell with the cigarette smoke. The hotel is old. The foods is average. Overall the cleanliness is average.

Stinky toilet in my hotel room

Experience hot spring dip (onsen)in communal pool in birthday suit! Low cubicles for washing before n after the dip. Can only dip in the mineral rich hot spring water for 10 minutes. Maximum 15 minutes. After the dip had a good night sleep. Those with heart problem n high BP must be careful. Tatoos on body not allowed to go in.

Onsen experience

We stayed here for one night as part of a group tour. Being cherry blossom season it was very busy, but the dining arrangements worked. Groups were booked in at specific times for dinner so you had a time slot to eat the buffet meal. The onsen was definitely worth trying - a new experience for us. View of Mount Fuji from our room on the fourth floor. Nice seating area in the room.

Friendly basic hotel near Mount Fuji

This is a nice hotel for a snowy mountain escape complete with spa and hot water baths.  The central hallway from the lobby to the rooms is lined with pain glass windows to observe the snow on the trees and on the ground which makes for a lovely winter panoramic view.  The buffet food in the restaurant is acceptable as well with a nice array of diversity.  The temperature in the room can be comfortably set to achieve a good nights sleep and the shower is of the typical modern Japanese efficiency.  The only reason this place doesn't get a higher review is because I thought the room and the furniture in it was old and decrepit.  Otherwise, this place would receive a higher TA rating.

winter wonderland !

Spacious room with completed amenities. Traditional onsen bathrobe for all guest in room. Onsen is so nice especially outdoor pool which I tried both morning and night time. But the restaurant always full during breakfast and dinner time.

stayed here one nite after visiting mt. fuji... hotel is in lush greenery surroundings... cool weather... but was packed with others tour group... room is spacious but aircon is not cooling... amenities is complete with traditional onsen bathrobe... buffet food is ok with local & western selection... enjoyed onsen with outdoor pool seeing trees & moonlight... overall good relaxation...
