Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi Tokyo

We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi for a week and were extremely satisfied with everything. The hotel is in a perfect location — close to Tokyo Station and just a 2-minute walk from the subway. Despite being in the business district, the area is very quiet, with few tourists and almost no crowds on weekends. The room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, with enough room for three suitcases and still plenty of space to move around. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Daily bottled water, a kettle, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, and excellent soundproofing made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh pastries, good coffee, and a rotating menu that kept things interesting. We also loved the free coffee and cookies available from 3 PM to 10 PM — a really nice bonus! The staff deserves special praise — incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist, even with small things like holding the elevator if they saw you coming. Check-in was smooth, and we recommend using the online check-in to save time. No major downsides. You can’t open the window, but the air conditioning worked perfectly. Highly recommended for both tourists and business travelers looking for a quiet yet central place to stay in Tokyo.
