Stayed only one night here due to miscalculations of length of stay with other accoms. 
To start with, the area is slightly misleading. We thought it’s only someone’s house! The front garden was lovely and well looked after. The receptionist was very helpful and most importantly speaks English.
The reception area has enough space. Have to remove your shoes prior to coming in to the wooden floors. Very Japanese cultures that we also love.
The room provided was spacious and so incredibly Japanese in style and feel. The tatami covered floors, the beds, lamps and tea table. The room’s toilet and bathroom was very clean and with basic amenities provided.
We highly recommend this one!

Lovely surprise

first time in Japan and we wanted to experience traditionally accommodation away from the noise of the Centre of Tokyo.
The accommodation is immaculately clean and beautifully presented. 
We stayed for two weeks without any issues
the nearest station is Koiwa which is convenient for central Tokyo ( 30-40 mins approx. ) but it made it part of our adventure, buy a Suica card and a JR pass and explore.
plenty of local shops and restaurants to explore and a 7 eleven across from the guest house that is 24/7 and has an ATM. 
The owner is a very kind and devoted to the premised and was extremely helpful during our trip.
this property is a hidden gem and I hope it gets the recognition it deserves, thank you for making our first time in japan special 



wonderful traditional guest house 

This was an exquisite ryokan, very clean and new, toilet and bath en suite and modern, a small garden out front, a baggage elevator, a laundry, very quiet, close to the train lines, close to the airport bus.  The owners were wonderful, eager to help.

Impeccable ryokan nestled in Tokyo

Firstly, we were welcomed by the lovely owners and shown all the features of the room. Spacious and relaxing. Everything was spotless from the bedroom to the bathroom. Not a sight of dust or dirt to be seen anywhere at all (the floors are sparkling clean). Facilities are new
And modern. Spacious bathroom and bathtub. In a quiet little street 2 minutes walk from a supermarket and convenience store and about 10 minutes walk from Koiwa train station. Would recommend this as it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. 

Lovely and clean. A true Japanese experience. 

I wanted to spend some time after my business trip to get a feel of a traditional japanese accomodation (with paper screens, futons, et al). It is difficult to get an accomodation like that in Omotesando or Shibuya so I travelled all the way to Koiwa. This accomodation is located around 10 mins from Koiwa station (you'll see a sign board on the road). The first thing you notice is the Japanese garden with the traditional waterfall and bamboo shoots. You enter and you are immediately greeted by the owners (an elderly couple). Don't forget to ask for the breakfast!

You are led to your room and you are immediately blown away by how well-maintained the rooms are. I had an extra bedding available as well. And not to forget, a male kimono (?) if I felt like taking the traditional experience a notch ahead! You have all the facilities you need. No complaints.

The Japanese breakfast the next day was oje of the best traditional meals I have ever had. The presentation was par excellence. And the couple get up really early to make sure you have the best experience. 

If you want peace and quiet and an experience of a traditional japanese accomodation don't think twice, just book this place!



For the japanese experience

We had a very pleasant stay at the ryokan Fuji. 
The rooms were Clean and very comfortable . 

We were given a breakfast call in the morning and 
The breakfast  ( Japanese style) , was lovingly prepared and delicious. 

Would recommend this ryokan to friends.
