This is my second time to stay at Zuien, last time it was 2014 and I did have a great memory, so I decided to take my parents to come here. No doubt it’s a pleasant stay, we booked open air bath room for 2 nights and my parents are so amazing about the room. Food is also delicious, we had breakfast and dinner at chief’s counter, there’s a Chinese waitress who is very friendly and helpful, my parents are very happy during meal time. Overall, it’s a great Onsen hotel to relax yourself.
