I arrived late and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was simple but not bad for a free one. The reception is on 2F where you need to carry luggage by stairs which is the only downside for me. Otherwise, it was perfect for a sleepover like me.

Nice hotel, small rooms but pleasant, clean, and quite close to station.
Small continental breakfast included (different pastries and juices only but nice) from 6.30-9am if I recall.
Check-in possible until 10PM or midnight (double check) in case of late arrival.

convenient location, good breakfast, helpful staff. The building nearby is under renovation, and the lift cannot go down to first floor. We need to walk with the luggage to the second floor.

City Walk

The hotel is located perfectly between Sapporo Station and Odori Park, so most main attractions can be reached on foot and very easy to access from the airport. The direction to the hotel from Sapporo Station shows clearly on its website. However, the lobby is on the 2nd floor with no elevator which is quite odd and inconvenient. The staff don’t speak English so hopefully everything works out fine. The price is unbeatable for this location and with breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with great price but no English

This modern hotel is just 5 minutes walk from JR Sapporo station, beside a main road and near main attractive places. A convenient store is next to the hotel. Everything is complete : English speaking & helpful  staffs, small room but comfortable & clean, well equipped, high signal wifi, full amenities in a bath room, fresh breakfast. It is value for money to stay.

Not Bad Hotel

Booked this before leaving Australia for my visit to Japan. I am glad I did. It is located a short 10 minutes te walk fr m the south exit of the Sapporo Station's south exit. Reception is on the second floor. Checkin is semi automated which I found simple enough. You pay for the stay up front, if I you have to leave earlier than planned you'd better arrange it.  The rooms are what you'd expect in a business hotel, small compact with everything you need. A TV, small bathroom laid out simply, air conditioning and adequate lighting. There is a window if you want fresh air but this is at the expense of traffic noise.  The laundry room is on the same floor as reception and the breakfast room. Breakfast is included in the rate. Wifi is free and a good speed. Overall, book this hotel if you are Looking for value for money and a comfortable place to sleep if only for a couple of nights. There is a 7/11 in the same building for the late nite snack.
