Tokyo Marriott Hotel

First off, classic Marriott, elegant, but not fancy. Check in was good, but they dont do lounge check in. But not a big thing. Now the review! Room- I was upgraded to a King room. Great Marriott bed, great bedding, but EXCELLENT down/ feather pillow combo. Oddly enough, the exact pillows I have on my Serta sleeper at home. Rating-5 Bathroom- well, typical electric Japanese toilets made for little persons. Rating-2 Shower- tub with half glass enclosure. Excellent pressure and tons of hot water. Towels were a disappointment for the room, but still a solid Rating -4 Breakfast- Here was another area this place excelled! Egg station, ( although very slow as is typical Japanese) my eggs were perfect more than not. Huge variety of Western, Euro and Asian foods, cereals, fresh fruit, and a large variety of juices/ breads. Wish I could rate it higher-5!! Exec lounge- this is my new favorite lounge in all of Asia. As good as any Ive been in, and better than 95% in Japan, China or Malaysia. Fresh salads, veggies, an Asian noodle bar with daily changes to meat, pizza/ pasta every night, and of special note was a macaroni/ broc/ SHRIMP Salad EVERY NIGHT. I usually loose weight on trips ( a pound a day) I barely lost anything at all! Rating -5++ Location- 4, only because there was no attached shopping mall! So, Im rating this hotel 5 stars overall! Yes, I would and AM going back in May of this ur for two weeks! See ya there!
