My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Nozo. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort, dining, and most importantly the wonderful staff. The staff went above & beyond to assist us for all of our needs. I’d like to especially thank Sajun Yoneta who went above and beyond on a busy weekend trying to find and make a reservation for my family and friends of 20, on a very busy weekend in Furano. I’d like to thank the front desk staff who also worked hard making a last minute reservation for 20 people at a wonderful restaurant for Valentine’s dinner. Thank you to Manaka and Rizzo in the restaurant who patiently waited on us for breakfast, lunch and dinner for our group, which varied between 10-20 people.
