129 reviewsJust returned from a 4-day stay at the Griesfeld Hotel with very positive overall experience. We found a family-run place giving us a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere: it offered most we were looking for (a comfortable room for 2 adults and 3 children, and an accurate treatment for gluten-free diet) and even something we were not expecting for a three-star (like a small indoor pool with sauna, heated skiboot rack, and both indoor and outdoor kids' playground). Avaliability and quality of gluten-free food was excellent: everything that we were offered, from breakfast to dinner, treats for kids or sandwiches, had an exact counterpart for coeliacs. The room was very clean, only the bathroom was a bit small for 5 (although it had a window). Two ski-areas are within 5 mins from the Griesfeld, with no traffic and parking problem. We tried one (Klausberg) and found it very well organized and suited for families with children. We liked everything, no complaints to make. And we suggest the place to other families with children, who may also find interesting to stay in one of the apartments located across the road (2-3 rooms), with same treatment.
