The last kilometre of road to reach b and b is not illuminated at all and the impractical road the structure is without microwave and television, there is no gas pipeline but instead a pump to open and close every time, despite this there is a beautiful view and the very friendly staff the place you will find it already well heated.

First of all, thank you Lorenzo for his dedication and willingness to show it. you had everything ready to make it in your room without thinking about the hours that are usually there in other structures. very well maintained place, 5 km from Urbino, where you can enjoy nature in total relaxation, as it is located at the end of a country road where silence is peace are assured. highly recommended.

Such Dedication and Availability

If you decide to stay here you will not go to a hostel you will go to...a friend! Lorenzo, the owner, will welcome you to his cabin cheering you on with his story, each room has its own and he will be ready there to tell you, will prepare homemade sweets and leave them there for you for the whole stay. We stayed 2 nights in this b&b at the gates of Ur but immersed in the green to which you arrive after about 1 km of steering road exactly what I was looking for!) and we were even more fortunate as for simple logistical reasons we had to make accommodation, so he made us stay in a double room with a bedroom, furnished with rustic and cooked there for you for the whole stay.

It's a perfect place for those who want to be at peace in nature and at the same time great for reaching Urbino and other charming places in the vicinity.

Very pleasant and relaxing!

The B&B is an old country house, immersed in the green (it is surrounded by woods) a few kilometers from Urbino. It is reached from the SS 73bis, with 1 km or a little more of dirt road, convenient and well maintained. It offers 2 apartments: 1 large monolocal with kitchen block, which can accommodate 3 people and a large apartment (where we stayed), composed of 2 double bedrooms (one is huge, has a bedside chair), a living room/dining room with a simple bedside sofa and a kitchen equipped. The entrances have a private bathroom, TV, was conditioned (the largest apartment in the room only, but was more than enough, despite being in an airtight environment).

The quiet countryside a few miles from Urbino

I rarely write comments, but this time it's really worth it. The mansion is very beautiful, two steps from the city. Peace reigns and the beautiful scenery makes it outdoors. The rooms are neat, renovated and very fresh. Lorenzo was a caring and always available gentle landlord, and he delighted us with his spectacular cakes. I recommend everyone a stay in this little piece of paradise.

Vacation in the Marches

It's a beautiful place in the green and quiet. Lorenzo is very kind! He also hosted us for dinner for the last year since we had not found a place anywhere. Apartments very clean. I'll be glad to come back.

Don't be fooled by the street, you'll get to a paradise in the middle of the green with a breathtaking view. A little old but very clean structure. The owner lady was always very kind. The cakes you make every morning for breakfast are the end of the world. We'll definitely choose it again if we go back to Urbino

We stayed only one night during our visit to Urbino in this beautiful place! immersed in the greenery and silence of the hills of Montefeltro, the owners are very kind and welcomed us and our dog Argo in a fantastic way. Having informed them that I was celiac they prepared a custom breakfast for me!
