Sheila and her brothers have a large, beautiful Tuscan style house in the farmlands of Sabaudia. The house is immaculate, clean, and tastefully decorated with unique original pieces from their grandfather's day. 
Shelia speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful. She served us and excellent breakfast and told us where we should go to the beach and for dinner.
My only downside is that her home is at least 20 minutes drive from Santo Felice Circeo, where we ended up spending most of our time. Recommend staying here if you have reason to be in Sabaudia.

Beautiful home in farmlands of Sabaudia

We spent there a wonderful, relaxing week end in August and we really enjoyed the structure with its garden not to mention the sea and the beach 5 minutes far from the B&B. 
Scilla, the owner, is a very charming lady, always available and willing to give tips on typical places to visit and restaurants. She is a perfect host!
We will surely return for a longer stay!

What a beautiful place!

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this B&B for 2 nights. The plan was to enjoy a bit of nature and calm after 3 days in Rome. We were also hoping to find a nice little town to go for dinner etc. 

When we arrived at the B&B we were surprised to see it was so far from the town Sabaudia. I guess I didn't look into it quite enough. Around the B&B itself there is really nothing but farms and land so you do need a car to get there and get around. I was a bit disappointed by that at first, but then I looked around and realized I did like the calmth of the area. It's actually quite pretty. We could sit outside on the little terrace and that was nice. I looked forward to having breakfast on the little terrace but then we just got these breakfastcoupons to use in a nearby bar. There we just got a croissant and a coffee, which was the least we got for breakfast in any B&B on our trip. 

The room and bathroom in the B&B is ok but not great. Everything was very clean. Our room was under the roof, which made it too hot to not use the airco (although it was not that hot outside). There were only two small windows which made it quite dark in there. It was definitely not that cosy that you would like to stay in your room for a while. 

We didn't get to see much of the host during the days we were there. He didn't speak English and actually didn't seem to be very used to having guests. I would have liked to get some information on the area but we didn't get any. 

Sabaudia is not that nice of a town. It was quite deserted (maybe the time of the year?) and there was not much to see or do. We decided to go to the beach but when we got there it appeared to be quite dirty. We found a dead rat.. On our second day we decided to visit San Felice Circeo, a small town nearby. The town is much prettier and has a nicer beach closeby but then it's also a lot more touristy, so it depends on what you like.. 

All in all I wouldn't recommend people to make a stopover in Sabaudia. At least not for more than 1 night.
