Location - close to the sea, city centre. About 12 min from the station.
What was bad
Air conditioning works only in summer season. So even if it's warm enough or hot in April -they don't switch it on.
Thus tried to sleep with an open window - got lots of mosquitos bites.
Shower is tiny in a double room. I'm a small girl but hardly could move there. Also it needs renovation.
