168 reviewsThe very old, but completely renovated and restored house with its thick walls and the very beautiful garden is in the middle of the landscape of the Marche with wonderful views to each direction because its on a hill, 12 km from the sea. So it is cool and the owners Emmanuela and Emidio were phantastic hosts. It is very very quiet there and a good atmosphere. The breakfast is marvellous with a very great range of food (only the bread wasn’t to our taste) . You can take as much as you like with you , in the fridge in the kitchen for the evening or for the daily tours in Tupperware boxes, which Emmanuela makes available for you. A little problem are the mosquitos. So take a electric Mosquito repel with you for the room. But they are not a great problem, only if you forget to close the door of your room, like I did it once. Outside there are none. For us it was the best place for our needs: a perfect place to rest, a perfect place as a start-up for trips to the places like Ascoli Piceno, to the Piano Grande (Plateau) in the Sybillinic mountains, to the sea and to many other wonderful places near there. We stayed there for 10 days and the price/performance relation was very good.
