3 reviewsJust finishing our week long stay at this beautiful villa and will be sad to leave tomorrow! The property is well located for exploring the northwest coast of Sicily, including the beautiful medieval hill town of Erice (a ten minute drive to the funicular) as well as San Vito lo Capo, the Zingaro Nature Reserve and lovely Scopello, all within an hour's drive. That said, it was a struggle to get our children to leave the villa as they were so happy with the beautiful clean pool and the comfortable and spacious accommodation (including WiFi) , which is very important to keep young teens happy! The house itself was well-appointed with everything you could want, and stayed cool indoors despite the intensity of the heat outside in August! Several TVs and even a playstation to keep the kids entertained when they needed a break from swimming! The town of Trapani and any shops or pharmacies you might want are only a short drive away. Be warned- you do need a car if you are staying any length of time beyond a day or two, and driving around here is not for the faint of heart. All in all, a wonderful holiday and birthdays for our children that we will not soon forget. Grazie mille, Pierre-Luigi and family!
