Opera 01 Maison De Charme Bed Breakfast

What an amazing property and what an amazing woman who owns and runs it. This isn't a B&B: it's a beautiful villa that has been lovingly transformed into a very small luxury boutique hotel. Our room was large, clean and unbelievably well appointed. The bathroom was the same, except that the variety and quality of toiletries provided therein were frankly better than in most 5 star hotels in large cities. The coffee/tea facilities in the room helped to get us out of bed after a late night, and Lorena's amazing breakfast spread gave us the perfect start to the day. She even gave me a birthday pastry with a candle! I honestly cannot say enough nice things. We went to Cattolica only to see Sting in concert and thought "oh, this will do," as a place to stay, but came away from the experience feeling like the whole trip had been made perfect by our choice of hotel.
