17 reviewsMy partner and I stayed in Umah De Ubud from 16 - 23 November 2019. We arrived really late at night at around 1 AM after an hour's drive from Ngurah Rai airport. The staff greeted us warmly at the entrance of the villa once we got out of the taxi and took us directly to our room (1 bedroom pool villa). We were amazed by the towel art that they created as well as the rose petals all over the bed as well as the bath! It made our first night perfect! The overall ambiance is perfect, very private as well as romantic when it's night time. There was this other couple who used our private pool and balcony when we went out the whole day, it made us feel really annoyed since they used the facilities that weren't theirs. In fact, the staff has previously told them not to use our pool because it was our facility, but they still did. However, the owner was very quick to handle the case as I told her right away and the staff told the other couple not to use our pool and balcony again. A sincere appreciation for the owner and the staff for solving the problem in less than 10 minutes. This is the place where we will definitely come back for when we are in Bali again!!! Trust me, you won't regret staying in Umah de Ubud! :)
