The rooms are really quite terrible, with no window or with a window that is blocked off. The rooms are clean but everything is so old that you are not sure if it might collapse on touch. 
Breakfast was very basic.
On checking out I caught them over-charging me and rectifying this situation was done in a most unprofessional manner. 
I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, even if the location is on the waterfront.

This hotel very bad ..... takes more than 4 hours to get the room. Manager on duty and all reception just say sorry and will do the best. 
I think all the management are not professionals. 
This is the worst of worst hotel manage by sheraton.

Very disappointed with all of the services.

 


Crazy Hotel .... Very bad services

The hotel was really old and smelly, the room was dark, smelly and we couldn't get the airco to work. The surroundings of the hotel and the hotel in itself were not what we expected. We checked in, looked around, went to a nearby restaurant and checked out. I can not honestly advise anyone to stay there for a holiday. Maybe just for transit. The room was clean.

Stayed only a few hours

Formosa Hotel, Manado, located directly in the edge of manado bay. Might you get your room with bay view surely you will enjoy the views. At the night you will see how the sea is giving you all romantic views. Then in the morning you can enjoy side walking on the long bay with all beautiful sea-views. 

The hotel conditioned by the environment of business areas surrounding it. Never worries about how to buy your needs, since by walk you can find a supermarket at this business resort. And it is located near to the well-known manado public square named Boulevard within which you can find many coffee to sit in spending your all night time there. Enjoying much of manado traditional foods will really make sense there.

From the hotel you can also call a taxi to bring you to the manado port with all modern and traditional canoes which will bring you to a very well-know tourism resort named Bunaken. But remember to find people to join your trip to bunaken since the price rent of the boats would be expensive enough to pay alone. Cause you can not negotiate the price while you are having book the ticket. Then find out your group before you close the deal of the boat.

Actually the boat is ideally can bring about 10 to 12 people to bunaken, then you can share the price to pay.

Hotel Near Infront of The Sea

Before I escorted patient from Manado to Jakarta, we stayed at this hotel. I felt marvelous with it. Despite of its small capacity for customer to stay, I found that its location near shore and also had a good bedroom and good breakfast cuisine. If I will go again to Manado, definitely I will choose this hotel for my night stay.
