You can buy souvenirs at the hotel lane..
The Hotel is not good if you had to some cheapest area. This area, Kartika, is expensive againts Kuta Areas likes Poppies Lane I or II.

And, you cannot found night life here..
Good for you is want to quiet area, vacantion with family, kids or Honeymooners.

Awful! Booked this at the airport for our last night in transit to Jakarta. Overpriced, run down, noisy and a total disappointment. The transfer to and from the airport was fine but the hotel was long past any glory days. The rooms were clean but small and windowless and the bathroom was very smelly. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Don't be fooled by the pictures.

Over priced prison cells

Get away from this hotel! As soon we arrived on Bali we asked about a good hotel on  agency inside airport. The agency guy promptly indicated this hotel telling us that is cheap (35$), close to the airport and free shuttle. The hotel is really close airport, has free transfer and it's close to the beach but the location is terrible. The hotel is dirty and has a ridiculous swimming pool inside the garage. The room was absolutely disgusting: towels and bed clothes dirties, room without window, old ac, musty walls and big mothballs on the bathroom floor become insupportable the room smelt. Resuming, wasn't possible overnight on that dirty place. Using this price range you can find good hotels on Bali, principally outside Kuta's region. Probably have some deal between airport agency and this hotel to fish tourist money.  

Run away! It is terrible

We had to stay overnight in Bali for a very early flight connection to Java. We wanted somewhere to crash for an afternoon and get a few hours sleep that was cheap and near the airport. 

We booked the AA at an airport desk because the guy told us it was close and transfers were free. We were picked up efficiently and taken to the hotel. It would be very difficult to find by yourself in the middle of a maze of alleys at the southern end of Kuta Beach. 

The room was dingy and the only natural light was from six glass bricks high up near the bathroom. However the bedding was clean and there were no bugs. The shower and toilet worked but the bathroom was grubby and the rusting metal door an eyesore. No soap or any other amenities. 

The air con worked but the generator in the lobby and candles in the room spoke of potential power cuts- an issue in Kuta. 

We asked for an early call 3:30 am. We didn't get it so luckily the alarm on my phone worked. We had to wake up the guy on reception who was sleeping on the floor by the desk and get him to drive us to the airport.

It cost US$20 and did a job but I would not stay there for a holiday!

Serves a purpose

we booked this hotel at the airport of Bali. we decided to book on price and swimming pool. this swimming pool was quite a disappointment for our children, I think it is more suitable to keep fish. the room is fine and the bathroom meets Indonesian standards. but the lady at the desk was extremely unfriendly and not willing to help! we decided not to extend our stay because of the unfriendly atmosphere. the hotel is very close to the beach but you have to walk a little to meet the surfschools at the beach. At night, when it is dark, you have to pass a narrow dirty smelly road to reach the hotel, why not spend a little on lights?
