Stay was fine.Management was good. Price was a little high.Its near to Rose Garden and around 2 km from main bus stand.Recently Angara a multi cousins restaurant making the location suitable for stay.

Average Hotel with friendly management

Average hotel. Pathetic room service. Sometimes, guests have to manage room service by themselves as staffs ate not available. Very basic ammenities. Hot water is provided only for 1 hr in the morning. Only good thing is the location as the hotel is centrally located to all the visiting points of Ooty.

Hotel feedback

This place is pathetic. The corridors are full of noise from the rooms it is possible to hear everything hence no privacy. If you are looking for a peaceful place better avoid this. Rooms have seepage. Hot water is available only for 2 hours. Breakfast is pathetic and they don't even provide drinking water on time.

The worst experience ever

Extremely disappointed by the stay at this hotel. I would recommend everyone to opt for something else then this. Staff is unresponsive, hot water comes only for 1.5 hours. u have to beg for some basic services for which u have paid!! breakfast was not given on time. I had booked from oyo, it seemed they were uninterested in serving customers who had booked from oyo.

Pathetic is all I can say!

Very average hotel with non responsive staff. Complimentary breakfast not served on time. Hot water is not available when required. Don't opt for transport from the hotel. Royal Taxi is far Better. Overall very average hotel & not worth the money.

Cheap Quality Hotel. But Comparatively Better Staff

- Bedsheet was dirty, Blanket was dirty. Pillow was super dirty
- Paint in room was ripped off. Worse in bathroom
- Lights was so dim, I could not ever read. Some room were even worse
- So much noise even if some walks in passage
- Towel has black spots and were very hard
- Bathroom door was not getting locked. So dirty
- Fungus in the room due to moisture
- Worse OYO customer service when I requested them for change of property. Every time some execute says they will call back in 5 min but no one does. One executive call me at 12.30 in the night asking me the problem which was already reported. I got another call after I checked out after two days.

+ The only somewhat better thing was staff. They were ready to help whenever they can. I would give then 4 star but not even 1 star to property and OYO
