Nice place

Herewith submitting the few reasons..that this HOTEL is very very very WORST.
1) Receptionist/Hotel Owner behavior was very rude.........
2) Receptionist/Hotel Owner Shows his attitude..telling that he is the owner of 10 crore property and still working as receptionist.
3) Receptionist/Hotel Owner treats us like we are beggers.
4) Receptionist/Hotel Owner behaves as it is GOOORKHA.....
5) Receptionist/Hotel Owner demands all money before room booking.
6) Rooms are very very worst, not clean, not hygienic, no room service provision.
7) The worst hotel i saw in my entire life.
8) Dont go with family, because this hotel management is not RESPECTABLE for families.

WORST HOTEL EVER.............................

One of the worst hotels and manager in world. Having traveled enough in life and stayed in worst and best hotels, this takesover as worstest.

Hot water ...You will never get at the freezing temperature outside. 

Bathrooms.. Half things inside don't work 

Power cut... 11am to 6pm you shall get no power whatsoever. 

Power is kept enough that one light works in night and phones won't charge. 

Drinking water.. Keep dreaming and you shall not get it. 

They don't clean rooms. Bad bed sheets and bed spreads, you can see and smell old stains. 

You would be continuously cursed by your family and friends for your decision of staying there. 

PS,,,,  you can stay Anywhere else in ooty and they shall be good to you in some way.

Horrendous and uncouth behavior

Its was a nightmare to stay in this hotel . I had one of my worse experience in my life. I reached hotel at morning 7 am but  I show all the guest are roaming here and there for water and no one there for help them. After 15minutes I got a temporary small room ( because of early arrival ) where no electricity and very much smelly. After requesting 5/6 time after 1 hour they brought my luggage from the reception . Afternoon got a comparatively bigger room that one also smelly.   
Extremely bad behavior by hotel manager he was literally shouting every guest. 
You have to struggle for water every morning
No room service available .
All the rooms are very dark and smelly
If you plan to take a free breakfast along with this room. You will get only one option Idli  and  Khichdi
This hotel is not for family . If somebody want to experience what it the slum life . Then this is the perfect place. 
Last massage for OYO hotels . If you want to run your business in India , please do not recommend this kind of hotels. OYO hotel, you really disappointing me this time.

Its was a nightmare

It's one of the worst place you can choose to stay in Ooty. The rooms are always dirty, stinking, full of dust and smell. The bathroom accessories are broken, stained and leaky. The standard rooms are very small in size with no centre table or any other seating arrangement. You only have a bed with 9 inches thick cushion whose bedsheet doesn't seem to have been changed since at least one month. The rooms are dark because most of the light fittings are defective. The alleys are totally dark. The porch of the entrance is designed in such a way that even the fittest of person would find it hard to climb onto it. We were there on a rainy day and we both almost broke our hip bone due to the slippage caused by the steep and plain climb without stairs. They claim to provide complimentary breakfast from 0730 in the morning but they would refuse to make it available before 0845. The staff is very rude and management is full of attitude. This will ruin your holiday if you choose to stay in this place during your trip to Ooty.

Avoid it

Once we saw the hotel from outside it was good,  when we went to the room it was big disappointment the flush was broken,  TV was not working, all fungus on walls in the washroom, no 24 hours hot water as per the climate.

2nd day they changed our room, we checked with them if everything was working, in the morning the geyser was not working. We had to wait for 20min to get only half bucket of hot water.  If we Want more hot water again wait for 20min. Rooms are not mainted properly.
It's feels like many days the have not cleaned the bathroom 

Worst experience 

Stinking rooms and washrooms. The hotel is not at all maintained. I will suggest no one to book this hotel. Property is actually very good. But it has not been maintained. Owner was in full attitude. Because of the stinking smell everywhere, we left early morning without having breakfast. It was a very big spoiler in our ooty trip. Room does not have any views.
